📄 Required Documents for Employment

To complete your application and proceed with Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) checks and employment onboarding at Roots Staffing Solutions, we kindly ask that you send the following documents:

1. Proof of Right to Work in the UK. 

Please provide one of the following:

  • UK or Irish Passport (current)

    • EU settled/pre-settled status with share code

  • Birth certificate and proof of National Insurance

  • Home Office letter confirming working permission to work

2. Proof of Address (dated within the last 3 months)

Examples include:

  • Utility bill (gas, electricity, water)

  • Council tax bill

  • Bank statement or credit card statement

  • Tenancy agreement

  • HMRC or DWP letter

3. Proof of National Insurance Number

Accepted documents:

  • Recent payslip or  aP60 or P45 form.

  • National Insurance card or letter

  • DWP or HMRC letter with NI number shown
