Jenna brings over 20 years of experience in the care sector. She has worked tirelessly to achieve her Registered Manager accreditation, and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
Jenna holds an impressive set of qualifications, including NVQ Level 5 in Adult Care, Business, Industry & Organization, PTLLS, Food Hygiene, and multiple Train the Trainer certifications.
Ben Boast
"Empowering care staff through expert training and real-world experience."
Ben brings over 20 years of care sector experience and has spent the last 5+ years as a dedicated Trainer and Tutor at Roots Staffing Solutions. His passion lies in developing high-quality, confident care professionals who are ready to make a real difference.
Ben holds numerous Train the Trainer qualifications, as well as:
Level 4 CET (Certificate in Education and Training) – a nationally recognized teaching qualification designed for those who deliver education in further education, adult learning, or work-based settings. NVQ Level 3 in Adult Care.
Ben is known for his engaging teaching style, attention to detail, and deep understanding of care principles and compliance.
